My approach blends structure, accountability, and reflection to help people and teams move with clarity and purpose. I believe progress starts with clear goals, simple systems, and consistent follow-through. Every engagement is designed to create tangible momentum while also deepening our awareness of what drives performance, meaning, and growth.
I work with people at turning points, whether that’s launching a career, stepping into leadership, or figuring out what’s next after a period of feeling stuck. Some clients are early in their careers and need structure, accountability, and a clear playbook to build momentum. Others are established professionals or founders navigating change, burnout, or growth. What they share is a desire to make progress with purpose, and to get their lives and careers moving forward.
There are a number of ways we can work together.
12-week launch program
A structured, results-focused program for anyone seeking to regain direction and build lasting confidence. We start by clarifying long-term vision and concrete goals, then turn that insight into a practical system for daily execution. The program combines coaching sessions with personalized frameworks, clear accountability routines, and real-world feedback—designed to help you move from uncertainty to action.
Structure: Twice-weekly sessions in the first month (one in person, one virtual), followed by weekly sessions. Includes daily accountability check-ins, shared workspaces, and ongoing communication between sessions.
Ongoing coaching
For clients who prefer a more flexible cadence, ongoing coaching provides continued support, accountability, and focus as you work toward your goals. These sessions are space to think clearly, troubleshoot challenges, and sustain momentum over time—whether you’re building a new career, leading a team, or simply trying to stay consistent.
Structure: Individual sessions booked as needed, typically weekly or biweekly.
Embedded placements
For teams and companies, I offer embedded coaching and strategy partnerships designed to improve clarity, communication, and accountability. This work often blends leadership coaching with facilitation, helping teams align on goals, systems, and values while improving how they execute and grow together.
Structure: Typically three- to six-month engagements combining individual coaching for leaders with structured team sessions and support to design ongoing systems.
One-off strategy or working sessions
For clients seeking a short, high-impact engagement, I offer one-off sessions focused on specific challenges—such as setting goals, navigating a transition, or creating an accountability framework. These sessions are designed to bring clarity, unlock momentum, and establish practical next steps you can act on immediately.
Structure: One or two focused sessions, with optional follow-up support and customized tools to maintain progress.
