The Launch Plan:
A 12-week career and life development program for young adults

For college graduates and 20-somethings who feel stuck or uncertain about their next steps.

The Launch Plan is a structured 12-week career and life development program that helps young adults build the skills, systems, and confidence to move from “stuck” to launched. This can mean getting a first job out of college, transitioning to a new role or industry, or just clarifying what is important professionally and taking tangible steps towards it.

I learned a lot managing high-performing business teams. The same tools that worked for them also work for young adults setting up their goals, routines, and lives. As part of this program, clients learn how to set and track goals, manage time, build accountability systems, and communicate with clarity. All skills and systems are applicable to any industry and any role.

This is a hands-on, intensive program designed to rapidly build skills that foster independence, accountability, and a desire for lifelong growth.

Who it’s for

  • Recent college graduates unsure how to start their careers.

  • Young professionals looking to develop their careers or move in a different direction.

  • Young adults struggling with motivation, structure, or next steps.

  • Parents who want to help their young adult gain clarity, confidence, and momentum.

Program overview

Phase 1: Discovery, clarity and foundations (Weeks 1 – 4)

We begin by rapidly building structure, focus, and momentum. Through twice-weekly sessions and daily accountability check-ins, clients:

  • Define a long-term vision and measurable short-term goals.

  • Create personalized goals and tracking systems (including OKRs, daily routines and check-ins, tracker documents).

  • Build a networking target list and strategy for outreach.

  • Begin revising relevant materials for real-world application.

Outcome: By the end of Month 1, clients are getting organized, focused, and taking tangible action toward real opportunities.

Phase 2: Execution, differentiation and momentum (Weeks 5 – 12)

Once structure and clear goals are in place, we shift into consistent execution and differentiation. Clients:

  • Apply a “networking-as-sales” method to expand professional connections.

  • Built a unique professional brand through projects and portfolio work.

  • Continue refining job materials with evidence of progress and feedback.

  • Use weekly sessions to remove blockers, adapt tactics, and reinforce momentum.

Outcome: By the end of the engagement, clients have a strong networking pipeline, a differentiated professional story, and great momentum toward reaching their goals.

Program deliverables

By the end of the 12-week Launch Program, each client will have:

  • A reusable goals framework (OKR-style) for ongoing growth and goal-setting.

  • An improved networking database of contacts and companies.

  • An optimized LinkedIn profile and resume.

  • A contact and activity tracker for continued accountability.

  • A personal project or portfolio showcasing initiative and energy.

  • A daily system for confidence and consistency.

My philosophy and approach

This program combines the structure of coaching with the depth of professional development. My philosophy is simple and has been honed by two decades of leading teams through high-growth initiatives, ambitious goals and ambiguous landscapes.

  • Results come from action, not waiting.

  • Energy must be shown, not stated.

  • Building confidence about your professional identity is as important as applying to jobs. The two go hand-in-hand.

  • We focus only on actions that create real opportunities.

Every client receives personalized attention through:

  • Twice-weekly coaching sessions (Month 1) moving to weekly sessions (Month 2 – 3).

  • Daily accountability check-ins and progress tracking.

  • Ongoing support by text and email throughout the week.
